New Road Street Festival heldSunday - 02nd January 2005 |
| A street festival was organized by the New Road Sudhar Samaj, on December 30, 2004 to mark the 34th birthday of His Royal Highness Crown Prince Paras Bir Bikram Shah Dev. The street from New Road Gate to Basantapur was filled with the hustle and bustle of people all age groups. There was music by Nepali bands while roadside eateries offered different cuisine. There were also various stalls selling accessories, clothing and shoes. Entertainment for children was also organised. |
