5-Year Tourism Plans Shared With Central Level Tourism Stakeholders

A sharing programme was held with central-level tourism stakeholders to discuss the draft documents of the 5-year district tourism plans of Chitwan and Rupandehi, on April 19, 2005, in Kathmandu.
The workshop brought about perspectives of MoCTCA, NTB, LDOs of the 2 districts, DNPWC, LDT, INGOs, NGOs, private sector and other stakeholders. Chief Guest of the function was Mr. Sushil Jung Bahadur Rana, Acting Secretary of MoCTCA. Dignitaries and representatives of other organisations were present as well. The plan drafts have been prepared through several intense discussion, interaction and feedback with district-level stakeholders.
