Successful Tourism Models of TRPAP Replicated in DevdahaMonday - 29th August 2005 |
| The success of TRPAP in Lumbini has encouraged District Development Committee (DDC) of Rupandehi to replicate the TRPAP model to other VDCs of Rupandehi. DDC has replicated the tourism programme activities in Devdaha VDC from May 2005 to promote the area and develop pro-poor tourism activities around the area. Devdaha is also associated with Lord Buddha's life and therefore bears religious significance and is also an important site from the tourism point of view. |
