Kathmandu-Lhasa Bus service resumesTuesday - 13th September 2005 |
| A Sajha Yatayat bus left for Lhasa of Tibetan Autonomous Region on Tuesday carrying half a dozen passengers. The bus service, that was launched in May this year, had been stopped immediately due to visa problem. According to reports, Chinese authorities had earlier said they could only provide `group visa’ to the passengers but later agreed to issue visa to individual passengers. Sunshine Travels, a Chinese company being run by a Nepali, has entered into an agreement with the Sajha Yatayat to facilitate travel of passengers.
