Additional police posts re-established

KATHMANDU, Jan. 14: Additional number of police posts have been re-established in different parts of the country over the past few days.
The recently re-established police posts include the police posts at Moure, Kunna, Bijia, Balkot, Hansapur, Simalpasin, Khilgi, Argha, and Pali in Arghakhachi district in west Nepal, a daily news bulletin of the Nepal Police said.
Likewise, police posts have been re-established in Kapilbastu, Jumla, Rolpa and Myagdi district.
Phadamafedi, Ghanchaura police posts in Kapilbastu, Bhurung, Tatopani Baniyachour in Myagdi and Sulichour and Khungri stations in Rolpa district have been re-established.
Similarly, Kudari in Jumla and Deuthal and Kalimati in Salyan that were dislodged during the past conflict have also been re-established.
The news bulletin further said that four houses in Siraha were robbed by a unidentified group of 13 persons in Siraha on Satruday.
The robbers had looted Rs 50,000 and one tola of gold from the houses. Police has been investigating the robbery.
In another incident that occurred in Sunsari a of group 15 armed persons set ablaze a micro bus with registration no: Ko. 1. Ja 909. The bus was bound for Inaruwa from Bharadah, Sunsari. The group has asked the passengers to come down from the vehicle before setting fire to it. |
