Nepal participates in TTF Mumbai: NTBThursday - 15th February 2007 |
| Thursday, Feb 15 07 Nepal participated in the Travel & Tourism Fair (TTF) & Outbound Travel Mart (OTM) held at Grand Hyatt, Mumbai, India from 10-12 February. A press statement issued by Nepal Tourism Board (NTB) said the NTB, with 9 private agencies from Nepal, participated in the Fair. 150 international participants from 25 countries participated in the Fair. The Nepal stall, with 'Naturally Nepal-Unleash Yourself' brand image and 'Visit Pokhara Year 2007' sub-brand, saw overwhelming visitors especially by trade visitors with keen interest on Nepal, the statement added. Trade visitors were very keen on establishing a partnership to send more and more Indian tourists to Nepal while the general public made frequent queries on the 7 to 10 days package in Nepal and places to visit in Nepal, the statement further said. NTB will be organizing a road show in India in March 2007 to attract more Indian tourists. |
