Lunar eclipse on March 4Friday - 02nd March 2007 |
| KATHMANDU, Feb. 28: There will be Lunar eclipse on March 4 from 2:01 am and it will clear by 6:02 according to Nepalese standard time. The eclipse will start from the Kamchatka peninsula of Russia and will end on the western side of Canada after the lunar shadow passes through the Atlantic Ocean, said B.P. Koirala Memorial Planetarium and Observatory and Science Museum Committee. The lunar eclipse can be observed from all the seven continents. According to the lunar calendar, the eclipse will reach at its climax at 6:02 in Nigeria in and Cameroon in Africa. It could be observed from all parts of the Nepal, said the press statement. |
