| SEOUL, March 9 (Yonhap) -- The Nepalese government has opened an embassy in Seoul to help enhance bilateral exchanges, the Foreign Ministry said Friday. Yadav Khanal, Nepal's acting ambassador to South Korea, will head the diplomatic mission until Kathmandu formally appoints an ambassador, the ministry said. |
