| The district got its first newspaper Sagarmatha Weekly recently. Releasing the weekly, Communist Party Nepal-United Marxist Leninist leader and MP Suresh Karki hoped the newspaper would keep the people well-informed and focus on ‘truthful news’. The weekly that began with the New Year 2064 BS incorporates entertainment, sports and literature. The Solu FM which has been running for the past few years has been broadcasting programmes on information and entertainment for 12 hours a day. |
